Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients.

Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Conduct customer needs assessments and present product/service solutions.

Negotiate deals, close sales, and manage customer accounts.

Identify and qualify sales leads through various channels.

Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and partners.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Contribute to the development and implementation of sales processes.

Track and report sales performance using Salesforce CRM.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in technology or related industries.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of sales cycles and customer relationship management (CRM).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of motivation, determination, and drive.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
